Community Consciousness

Cristina Foods has always felt it important to work with the community and its leaders.  We believe in “giving back”, and always try to be supportive, especially in our hiring practices.  We have an open line of communication with the various agencies who assist and train people to get themselves back into the workforce.  As such, we are always building our database of potential employees in the event of a need for new hires.  Further, we have some great relationships with many food pantries, giving them much-needed support whenever possible.
