Many thanks to the Richards Career Academy High School Culinary Team,instructors Mark Soltis and Katy Walsh, for this wonderful Gingerbread House! The Richards team was recently crowned Champions of the Healthy Schools Campaign’s 10th Annual “Cooking Up Change” competition, topping 15 other great culinary teams throughout the CPS system. Cristina Foods also thanks CPS Nutrition Support Services Director, Leslie Fowler, and CPS Culinary Program Director, David Blackmon, for their tireless efforts in making this program an ongoing success.
